RubitBot serves your customers in Spanish, on the channel they already use every day. It understands text and voice notes, recommends with judgment, builds the order, charges by payment link and keeps the customer posted until delivery — all inside the WhatsApp chat, no apps or forms.

Behind the chat there is a multi-business platform: your catalog, branches, personality and data live isolated and are managed from a web panel. The first vertical in production is restaurants — photo catalog, kitchen board and bookings — and the same platform is designed to bring that flow to other business types. Rubit runs it as a service: you go live without installing anything.

The customer texts — or sends a voice note

Your customer orders on WhatsApp in natural language, like texting a friend. Voice notes get transcribed and understood too.

STEP 2

The bot chats and sells

It replies with your brand's personality, pitches the daily special, offers regulars "the usual", sends product photos and your catalog as a native list.

STEP 3

The system validates every step

The AI only declares intents: add a product, confirm, book. The server validates each one against your real catalog and computes every total.

STEP 4

Payment by link

On confirmation the customer gets a Wompi payment link: Nequi, cards or PSE. The system verifies the payment — and if online payment does not apply, the order proceeds as pay on delivery.

STEP 5

Your team sees it instantly

The order lands on the panel with a sound alert and on the prep board (KDS), with each item's notes ("no onions", "gift-wrapped") and the payment status.

STEP 6

Ready, delivered and rated

The customer is pinged when the order is ready and gets a 1-to-5-star survey on delivery. The average lands in your stats.
