These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the rubitcorp.com and rubitcorp.co websites, as well as the relationship between Rubit Corporation SAS ("Rubit", "we") and the users and clients who use the site or request our services. 1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the site, completing a form, messaging us on WhatsApp or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

Rubit Corporation SAS is a Colombian company dedicated to enterprise software development, artificial intelligence solutions, process automation, systems integration, technology training and SaaS products (including Rubit AutoCoder and RubitBot). Contact email: contacto@rubitcorp.com.

3. Use of the site

The site is provided for informational and commercial purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to: (a) interfere with its operation or security; (b) attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; (c) use automated means to scrape content in bulk; (d) impersonate others or submit false information in forms; (e) use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.

4. Intellectual property

All site content —text, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, code and materials— is owned by Rubit Corporation SAS or used under license, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit such content without prior written authorization from Rubit. "Rubit", "Rubit AutoCoder" and "RubitBot" are distinctive signs of the company.

5. Requests, quotes and proposals

Information about services, packages and prices published on the site is for reference only and does not constitute a binding offer. The scope, deliverables, timelines and final pricing of each project are set out in a specific quote or contract signed between Rubit and the client. Rubit may modify or discontinue services and content at any time.

6. SaaS products

Use of Rubit's software-as-a-service products (for example Rubit AutoCoder and RubitBot) may be subject to additional terms of service, subscription plans and usage conditions provided at the time of contracting or registration, which supplement these Terms.

7. Third-party links and services

The site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (for example WhatsApp, Google and Meta). Rubit does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Use of such services is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to keep the information accurate and the site operational, we do not warrant that it is free of errors, interruptions or vulnerabilities, or that the information is complete or applicable to your particular case. Site information is not a substitute for specific professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rubit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the site. Rubit's liability for contracted services is governed exclusively by the relevant contract or quote.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold Rubit Corporation SAS harmless against claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Privacy and personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, prepared in accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. The use of cookies and measurement technologies is detailed in our Cookie Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the site, with its last updated date. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to applicable consumer protection mechanisms.
