Rubit Corporation SAS ("Rubit", "we") operates rubitcorp.com and rubitcorp.co. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights.

Data we collect and how
Diagnosis form: name, company, role, email, phone, process description and infrastructure preference. This data is sent directly to our team via SMTP email and is not stored on third-party servers. WhatsApp Business: if you message us at +57 316 3663543, the conversation is recorded in Rubit's WhatsApp Business account and treated as a commercial lead. Browsing: we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure traffic, visitor behavior and ad performance.
Cookies and tracking technologies
Google Analytics 4 sets analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) that collect anonymous browsing data: pages visited, time on site, country of origin and device type. You can opt out at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Meta Pixel (ID 1546163830411552) records conversion events (page view, WhatsApp click, form submission) to measure ad performance on Facebook and Instagram and build remarketing audiences. Manage your preferences at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. Language preference: we store your selected language in browser local storage. This is not a tracking cookie.
Purposes of processing

Legal basis
We process your data based on: (a) your consent when submitting the form or messaging us on WhatsApp, (b) the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship, and (c) our legitimate interest in improving site services and communications. Data processors and transfers
We share data with the following processors: • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Gmail SMTP) — servers in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. • Meta Platforms Inc. (Meta Pixel) — servers in the United States. • WhatsApp LLC (WhatsApp Business) — operated by Meta. We do not sell personal data to third parties or use it for purposes other than those stated in this policy.
Data retention
Form data: diagnosis emails are kept while an active or potential commercial relationship exists and deleted upon request. Analytics: Google Analytics retains data according to the property settings (14 months by default). The Meta Pixel follows Meta's retention policies. WhatsApp conversations: retained within the application limits and can be deleted upon request.
Your rights
You have the right to: • Access, update and correct your personal data. • Request deletion of your data. • Object to or restrict certain processing. • Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS connections, restricted access to systems that process personal data, and application passwords for email accounts. No internet transmission system is 100% secure.
